Missed appointments. A social group that’s twenty minutes away and might as well be in Melbourne. A carer who spends half the week as an unpaid taxi and the other half feeling guilty about the trips that didn’t happen.
Our transport assistance is for NDIS participants in Geelong and the Surf Coast who need a reliable way to get to the things in their plan, and for the families who’ve been driving. It’s not a taxi service. It’s the same support worker who knows you, in a clean and comfortable car, helping you from your front door to where you’re going and back again.
For participants who’d like to travel on their own one day, we can also use trips to practise the bus route together until they’re confident. That’s covered on our Life Skills page.
A familiar support worker to get you where you need to go: appointments, activities, holiday programs, the shops, a friend’s place. Door to door, with help at both ends, from someone you already know.
Your GP, therapists, specialists, the dentist, the hairdresser. We get you there on time and can stay or come back, whichever you prefer.
Classes, clubs, the library, the waterfront, sporting events, volunteering. Transport that's part of the outing, not separate from it. Community participation.
The supermarket, the chemist, the bank, the post office. With help carrying bags and finding things if needed.
Drop-off, pick-up, or staying alongside at a program, camp or community event.
Family, friends, a birthday, church, a footy game. The trips that make a week feel like a life.
For families using our home-based respite in Waurn Ponds, we can arrange pick-up and drop-off. short term accommodation (respite).
Same driver, plenty of time, no surprises.
Tell us the trips that matter: regular appointments, a weekly activity, one-off outings. We'll call you back and listen.
Your support worker visits with Masego while you're there, so the first trip isn't the first time you've met.
Somewhere familiar, with plenty of time. We learn how you like to travel: front seat or back, music or quiet, help with the seatbelt or not.
Same worker, same days, written into a simple service agreement. Changes come from us first, never as a surprise.

Where it's the goal, we use travel to practise public transport step by step. Development of life skills.

No app, no roster, no stranger at the door. The person picking you up is the person who picked you up last week.

Help getting in and out, carrying bags, finding the right waiting room, staying alongside if you want company. And we build in time: nobody is rushed into a car or left waiting on a kerb.

Registered NDIS provider, audited against the NDIS Practice Standards. Vehicles are registered and comprehensively insured; every team member holds a current driver's licence, an NDIS Worker Screening Check and a Working With Children Check.
Transport with a support worker is usually funded as part of the support itself. When a worker drives a participant to an activity or appointment, the travel time is billed under the relevant Core Support (such as Assistance with Social and Community Participation or Assistance with Daily Life) and a per-kilometre vehicle cost is claimed in line with the NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits.
Some participants also have a separate Transport allowance in their plan, paid directly to them to cover travel costs. We’ll look at the plan with you and your plan manager or support coordinator and confirm what applies before any trips are booked. We support NDIA-managed, plan-managed and self-managed participants.
Yes, in most cases. When a support worker drives you to an appointment or activity, the time is billed under your Core Supports and a per-kilometre vehicle cost is claimed at NDIS rates. Some participants also have a separate transport allowance paid directly to them.

No. It’s support that includes transport. The same familiar support worker drives you, helps at both ends of the trip, and can stay alongside if you want company.
Our vehicles are standard cars suited to participants who can transfer with light assistance. If you need a hoist or wheelchair-accessible vehicle, tell us and we’ll point you to a provider who has one.
Yes, and it usually is. A trip to the shops becomes shopping support; a drive to a class is part of community participation. Combining supports makes the most of the hours in a plan.
