If you’re the person who keeps your family member’s day running, you know how much of it is invisible. Waking them, prompting breakfast, finding the keys, remembering the 2 pm appointment, steering the evening toward bed. None of it is hard on its own. All of it, every day, for years, is exhausting.
Assistance with daily activities is for NDIS participants in Geelong and the Surf Coast who need a steady person beside them to get through the ordinary day, and for the families who’ve been that person. We learn the routine, we keep to it, and we turn up when we said we would.
It’s also the support that ties the others together. The same worker who helps with the morning can help with personal care, a load of washing or dinner, so your family member isn’t meeting a different person for each task.
A steady hand with the everyday: getting up and going, keeping the week on track, getting to appointments and the shops, and winding down at night. The same support worker, on the same days, so the routine holds.
Getting up, getting dressed, breakfast, and out the door on time for work, school, a program or an appointment.
Dinner, tidying up, getting ready for bed and settling for the night, at the same pace every time.
A simple calendar or visual schedule, reminders for appointments, and prompts for medication that's already been prescribed and packed.
The GP, the chemist, the bank, the post office. We go together, help with the conversation if it's wanted, and get home again. Travel and transport.
The weekly shop, putting things away, paying a bill, charging the phone. The small jobs that keep a week working.
Sometimes the support is simply being there: company, a prompt at the right moment, and help if something doesn't go to plan.
Four of our supports happen at home. Most people use more than one, with the same support worker.
Routines, planning, appointments and errands. Best when the day itself needs holding together.
Start with a conversation->
Showering, dressing, grooming and hygiene, done privately and without rushing.
Personal Care ->
Cleaning, laundry, beds and keeping the home safe and organised.
Household Tasks ->
Planning, shopping and cooking, with the person involved as much as they like.
Meal Preparation ->
Not sure which you need? Tell us about a normal day and we’ll work it out together.
Nothing is rushed, and nothing is signed before the meet-and-greet.
Fill in the form or call. We'll ring you back and listen: what a normal day looks like, where it comes unstuck, and what your family member wants more of.
Your support worker visits with Masego while you're there. No tasks on the first visit, just getting comfortable.
Two or three visits to learn the routine and adjust anything that isn't working. If it's not the right fit, we say so.
Same worker, same days and times each week, written into a simple service agreement. If something has to change, you hear it from us first.

We're a team of three, you'll meet all of us, and your regular support worker stays your regular support worker. The routine is learnt once.

We follow the way your family member already does things: the order, the timing, the mug they like. Change happens only when they want it.

Audited against the NDIS Practice Standards. Everyone here holds an NDIS Worker Screening Check and a Working With Children Check. Ask to see the paperwork.
Help with daily routines, personal care, household tasks and meals is funded under Assistance with Daily Life, part of the Core Supports budget in an NDIS plan. Core Supports is the most flexible budget, so hours can usually be moved between these supports as needs change.
We support NDIA-managed, plan-managed and self-managed participants, and we bill in line with the NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits. If you’re not sure what’s in the plan, send us an enquiry and we’ll work it out with you and your plan manager or support coordinator.

Yes. We’re a team of three, you’ll meet all of us before we start, and your regular support worker stays your regular support worker. If something has to change, you’ll hear it from us first.
Tell us the times that matter and we’ll be honest about what a team of three can cover before we start. We’d rather agree a schedule we can keep than promise one we can’t.
Daily activities support is about the routine and the shape of the day. Personal care is hands-on help with showering, dressing and grooming, and household tasks is the cleaning and laundry. Most people have the same support worker for all of them.
We can remind and prompt for medication that has been prescribed by a doctor and packed by a pharmacist. We don’t provide nursing or clinical care.
Yes. This support is for participants of all ages up to 65, in their own home, across Geelong and the Surf Coast. Our short term accommodation is for children under 16.
We bill in line with the NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits, so there are no surprise fees. What’s covered depends on the hours in the plan, and we’ll confirm that with you before we start.
Feel free to reach out through our website or give us a call. We are happy to help.
Tell us about your family member and what a good day would look like. We’ll call you back, arrange a meet-and-greet at home, and take it from there.
